Returns & Exchanges Policy

Terms & Conditions:

  • Exchange items only valid for size matters by simply write down on our return card that you received inside the packaging and you only allowed to use it once
  • Returns are fully accepted for manufacturing defects or damage
  • Contact us thru email or LINE after you receive the product. Please provide the information why you want to return your product
  • Items must be returned unused, unworn and undamaged, with the original boxes and dust bag included
  • When trying on sandals please take care not to mark the soles
  • The product was NOT a sale or discounted item
  • If after 7 days the goods are not received by us, we have authority to cancel your return and exchange request. Exception can be made if the goods cannot be received because of the shipping company’s or our fault

 

ESMÉE Official reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements

 

Important Notes:

  • For Exchange Items: Any shipping fee, tax and customer charge incurred will be handled by you (except for returned product, we will handled for any cost)
  • If the problem was caused by reasons other than material quality or assembly process, the original product is returned to you
  • Returns or exchanges that are soiled, altered and damage may not be accepted and may be send back to customers
  • You are able to exchange to other styles (with the same price or more) if the size that you wish to exchange or the return product is not available. If you choose a different product with a lower price then you will not receive a refund for the difference

 

Returns and exchanges are applicable for orders shipping to Indonesia to 2 (two) working days and other countries within 4 (four) working days starting from the delivered arrived at your place
