How to sign into my account? –Help!

Although you don’t need to sign up an account to make a purchase, you still need to create one if you wish to get all of our most recent updates, exclusive pre-orders, track your order and promotional code


Is it possible to use more than one promotional/gift code?

No, it is not possible. You can only use the promotional code once


I have forgotten my password, What should I do?

Simply click on the “Forgot your password” link on our sign in page and follow the instructions provided


An item that I want is sold out, could I be notify if the item it’s back in stock?

We are so sorry to hear that, But don’t worry dear, you can fill in your email address on the right sold out item’s page and click on the “Notify Me” button and we will inform you once the product is back in stock


How do I place an order?

You can placing an order at ESMÉE, by through this steps:

  • Choose a category (Shoes or Accessories) from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style that you already want or trend. 
  • Select the size and color of your item on the left tab and click ‘Add to bag’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to checkout under ‘Summary’.
  • Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter “Guest Checkout” to proceed.
  • Enter your full address (make sure to complete all the information) and payment information then select a delivery method to complete your order. 
  • Once your purchase is confirmed, We will be carefully prepared and shipped to you within a maximum of 2 working days. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way by email that you registered


How long does it take to get my shipping confirmation email?

Please allow 24 hours for shipping confirmation emails to come through, or until the next business day if you ordering during weekend


Why haven’t I received my order yet, What Should I Do?

Don’t worry dear, you can contact us directly by simply click “Contact Us” on the bottom navigation menu 


What should I do if I make an order from other countries besides Indonesia? 

Of course you can still placing an order from us!, but currently you only able to make an order by contacting us through our email as we do not have any delivery method to other countries yet
